First, you have to put the magic mask on her properly by gently putting her ears into the holes of the mask.
Meanwhile, we can fix her hair. You will need to wash it with warm water first and style it; once it is clean, you can give her countless hairstyles.
We can now remove the magic mask completely by pulling it from her ears and see how beautiful and well made-up your doll is. Includes a set of clothing and many accessories; there are 4 Failfix characters with different ethnicities and personalities to collect.
