By entering the “Toowoomba Grand Opening Social Giveaway” competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
This is a social media run competition that is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered with Instagram or Facebook. To enter this competition, entrants must:
- Like Toymate on Facebook
- Like the related post
- Comment on the same post AND tag 3 friends
ONE comment is equivalent to ONE entry.
The winner will be drawn using https://commentpicker.com/.
- WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Entry is open to all Queensland residents who can collect the prize from the Toymate Toowoomba store.
- HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Wednesday 24th July 2019 and concludes on Sunday 11th
August 2019 at 5:00pm (AEST).
3.2 In order to enter, eligible entrants must enter via Facebook as outlined in clause 1.1.
3.3 Entries must be received by Sunday 11th August 2019 at 5:00pm (AEST).
- PRIZES
4.1 There will be ONE (1) major prize draw and ONE (1) winner. The winner will receive one prize package,
as set out below.
4.2 The prizes consist of A Razor Crazy Cart Shift.

The prize must be collected from the Toymate Toowoomba store within one week of competition draw date. Winner must provide identification that matches Facebook profile used to enter the competition. If the winner is under 18 years of age, an adult must accompany the winner to collect the prize and show identification.
4.4 In participating in the prize, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition. The winner agrees to grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.5 If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, an adult must accompany the to collect the prize. Both parties will need to provide identification.
4.6 Prizes cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be one (1) winner chosen from total pool of entries received, chosen on Monday 12th August 2019. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be eligible. The winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in clause 3.2.
5.2 The winner will be notified by a Facebook direct message on Monday 12th August 2019. The winner’s name will be published on the Toymate Facebook Toowoomba Grand Opening event page on Monday 12th August 2019.
5.3 The promoter’s decision is final, and the promoter will not enter correspondence regarding the result.
5.4 There is no limit on the number of times a participant can enter.
