Insert included straw (taped on inside of package) into balloon halfway into the tab on the bottom of the balloon, blow into the straw to inflate the balloon (do not over-inflate), gently peel off perforated strip on top of the sticker on the balloon, then gently squeeze the balloon for confetti surprise!
