Toymate Gift Cards
Toymate Gift Cards are valid online at toymate.com.au and at Toymate stores across Australia.
Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, including where an incorrect email address has been provided by the purchaser for an eGift Card.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and no change will be given. Any remaining balance can be used towards future Toymate purchases.
For eGift Cards, we’ll do our best to deliver your gift on the requested date. Occasionally, orders may be held for review, and during busy periods please allow up to 48 hours for delivery.
Stay Gift Card Safe
Toymate Gift Cards should only be used to purchase products from Toymate. Be cautious if someone asks you to purchase Toymate Gift Cards as a form of payment or asks you to share your Gift Card number or PIN.
Toymate will never ask you to provide Gift Card details as payment for bills, fees, fines or other services.
If you believe your Toymate Gift Card has been involved in a scam, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
