The following general terms and conditions apply to Toymate competitions unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions of an individual competition.1. Information on how to enter and the prize or prizes available forms part of the Terms and Conditions for each competition.2. Participation in a Toymate competition is deemed acceptance of the applicable Terms and Conditions.3. Eligibility requirements, competition dates, entry requirements and prize details will be specified for each individual competition.4. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over unless otherwise stated. Where entries from persons under 18 years of age are permitted, the entry must be completed by their nominated parent or legal guardian.5. Unless otherwise stated in the individual competition Terms and Conditions, there is a limit of one entry per eligible entrant during the competition period.6. Where a competition is a game of chance, winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and skill will play no part in determining the winner.7. The number of winners, prize details, prize value and method of fulfilment will be specified in the individual competition Terms and Conditions.8. Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided with their entry. The applicable competition Terms and Conditions will specify the notification and prize claim period.9. If a winner does not respond within the specified prize claim period, Toymate reserves the right to select another eligible winner.10. Prizes will be provided by Toymate or a nominated prize partner directly to the competition winner unless otherwise specified.11. Prizes are non transferable, non exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.12. Toymate reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside Toymate's reasonable control make this necessary.13. Personal information collected in connection with a competition will be handled in accordance with the Toymate Privacy Policy.14. Toymate reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend a competition or its Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, including due to circumstances outside Toymate's reasonable control.15. Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to individual competitions. Where there is any inconsistency between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific Terms and Conditions of an individual competition, the individual competition Terms and Conditions will apply.Social Media Competitions:
The following general Terms and Conditions apply to Toymate and Babymate prize promotions conducted through their respective social media channels unless superseded by the specific Terms and Conditions of an individual promotion.1. By entering a Toymate social media competition, entrants agree to the applicable Terms and Conditions.2. The Promoter of each prize draw is Toymate.3. Social media competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the relevant social media platform unless otherwise stated.4. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries unless otherwise specified.5. Prize promotions are open to Australian residents unless otherwise stated in the relevant competition post. Employees of Toymate, their immediate families, agents and third parties directly associated with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.6. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over unless otherwise stated.7. Competitions are free to enter and no purchase is necessary unless otherwise stated.8. Prizes are non transferable, non exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Toymate reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.9. Winners will be contacted via the social media account or contact method specified in the relevant competition.10. Winners must respond within the timeframe specified in the relevant competition Terms and Conditions. If a winner does not respond within this period, their prize may be forfeited and Toymate may select another eligible winner.11. Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted.12. Toymate accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received, submitted on time or submitted in full due to technical issues or other circumstances outside Toymate's reasonable control.13. Toymate's decision regarding the competition and selection of winners is final.14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the applicable Terms and Conditions upon entry.15. Toymate reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend a promotion or its Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, including due to circumstances outside Toymate's reasonable control.16. Personal information collected in connection with a social media competition will be handled in accordance with the Toymate Privacy Policy and may be shared with a nominated prize provider where required to fulfil a prize.
