Our Price Match Promise

Our Price Match Promise means that if you find a lower price at a competitor on an identical in-stock item, we will match the price and beat it by 5%.

Our Price Match Promise is valid IN-STORE only and is not available on the Toymate website. 

 

Terms & Conditions:

1. Our Price Match Promise does not apply to:

  - Items sold on websites that only accept online orders, as well as from physical stores or online retailers outside of Australia.

  - Items where the lower price is due to a store wide discount, a clearance sale or liquidation sale.

  - Items sold online where the online price of a product is lower than what it is in the retailer’s physical retail store/s

  - Items classified as 'pre-order' by Toymate and/or a competitor. Pre-Order is an order for a product placed before the product is available for purchase.

 

2. Our Price Match Promise does apply to:

  - Identical in-stock items the same colour, model and in the same packaging as the item being Price Matched in a Toymate store.

  - Items in stock at a competitor located in the same city as the store price matching.

  - Items where the lower price is due to a temporary category or brand discount. 

3. Competitor prices must be current and include GST and delivery charges.

4. Customer must present Toymate staff with an active catalogue, or show the item being price matched on retailer’s website, to show that the item is in stock and available to buy at a lower price. 

5. An extra 5% discount on an item is only offered when an item has been Price Matched.

6. The Toymate Gold Member (Gold Mate) 5% discount cannot be used in conjunction with the 5% Price Match Promise discount. The one supersedes the other.
