 - A unique profile that keeps a helpful record of your purchase history

 - An escalation to Gold Mate status with a 5% discount on future purchases after you spend $90 in-store across one or more transactions

How does the Toymate 'Mates' loyalty program work?

To become a Mate, visit one of our Toymate stores and create a Mates Loyalty account. This involves giving our staff your name and contact details. Once you've become a Mate we will keep your purchase history under your unique profile, plus ensure you get access to our awesome promotions. 

 

How do I become a Gold Mate and get 5% off?

Once you’ve become a Mate, simply spend $90 or more, across one or more transactions in store and reach Gold Mate status. After achieving this status, you become eligible to receive 5% off all future transactions. 

 

Do I get the 5% off straight away?

After achieving Gold Member status, you become eligible to receive 5% off all future transactions. You will not get the 5% off the initial $90 spend, only the transaction after this (future purchases). 

 

Is the 5% Gold Mate discount applied to all transactions?

Yes, the 5% discount is applied to all purchases. It is not redeemable on:-

 - The purchases of Toymate (or any other) Gift Cards

 - Or in conjunction with the Toymate Price Match Promise extra 5% discount
